Job Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, web banners and digital marketing campaigns.
Design high-quality print materials including brochures, leaflets, posters and billboards for real estate projects.
Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
Retouch and edit professional photography for project presentations.
Perform any other design-related tasks assigned by the management.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design/Fine Arts will be given preference).
Will be relaxed for highly skilled candidates.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred.
Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Basic of AI for designing issues.
Must have knowledge and experience in printing sector.
English and Bangla (Unicode, ANSI – Bijoy Bayanno) typing knowledge is must.
Design experience of Brochures, Leaflet, Banners, billboards, Business Cards, Invitation Cards, Boxes ID cards etc. is must.

Additional Requirements:

Age: 22 to 30 years.
Must have a strong creative portfolio (Please include the portfolio link in the CV).
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidates who are hardworking, handle pressure well, and are fully committed to the company will get top priority.
