Job Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to increase brand visibility.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects.
Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
Create engaging content calendars and coordinate with the graphics and video teams for creative assets.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market dynamics in Bangladesh.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage).
Will be relaxed for highly skilled candidates.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Proven track record in Lead Generation, specifically for the Real Estate or Land sector.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is mandatory.
Must have strong experience in SEO, SEM.

Additional Requirements:

Age: 22 to 30 years.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly lead targets.
Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools for quick content updates is a plus.
Candidates who are hardworking, handle pressure well, and are fully committed to the company will get top priority.
