Krishibid Group Real Estate is looking for smart, dynamic candidate for the post of Officer (Sales & Marketing for KSP). The incumbent must have knowledge, experience and capability of selling 5-star hotel shares.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing sales of Five Star Hotel shares at Kuakata to meet the targets.
• Build a strong customer relationship with potential and existing clients.
• Properly maintain the monthly sales and collection target.
• Regular follow-up with existing or potential clients.
• Maintain the customer database in Excel and report follow-ups to the reporting person.
• Visit different organizations/work sites to develop businesses or create new customers.
• Respond to the client's query at the office and over the telephone.
• Collect booking money and a down payment from the new client.
• Create a strong client-based relationship for potential opportunities.
• Meeting prospective clients and promoting projects.
• Received and attained customer complaints and ensured service delivery.
• To perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Hon's/BBA from any reputed public or private university.

Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 2 year(s) experience in Sales & Marketing of any reputed Real Estate Company. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s);
  Real Estate, Tourism

Additional Requirements:

• Age 22 to 30 years.
• Should be able to work individually and in a team.
• Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
• Computer literacy is a must - MS Office suit.
• Ability to work under pressure.
