Krishibid Group Real Estate is looking for smart, dynamic candidate for the post of Officer (Sales & Marketing). The incumbent must have knowledge, experience and capability of selling Plots & Flats.

Job Responsibilities:
- Build a strong customer relationship with potential and existing clients.
- Managing sales of exclusive condominium apartments at Saver and high valued commercial and residential projects to meet the targets.
- Properly maintain the monthly sales and collection target (Land & Properties).
- Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
- Maintain customer database in excel and report follow ups to the reporting person.
- Preparing sales and collection reports and other reports assigned by the management.
- Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
- To perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
- Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone.
- Collect booking money and down payment from the new client.
- Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
- Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
- Received and attain customer complaints and ensure service delivery.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Hon's/ BBA from any reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
- 1 to 2 year(s) experience in Sales & Marketing of any reputed Real Estate Company. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s)
- Real Estate.
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years.
- Should be able to work individually and in a team.
- Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
- Computer literacy is a must - MS Office suit.
- Ability to work under pressure.
