Job Responsibilities:

Edit high-quality promotional videos, project walkthroughs and social media content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) for real estate projects.
Manage end-to-end video production, including color grading, sound mixing and transitions.
Incorporate motion graphics, titles and animations to enhance video storytelling.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
Organize and manage raw footage and final assets systematically.
Shooting videos in various projects and locations.
Arrange and contact with third party to shoot project videos if need.
Consistently creating videos for Real estate projects.
Regular visit of projects to collect work updates.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Candidates with professional training in Video Editing or Multimedia will be preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (may be relaxed for highly skilled candidates.

Experience Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

Age: 22 to 30 years.
Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics, Text animation etc. will be preferred.
Creative sense of pacing, sound design and background music selection.
Must provide a Portfolio or Showreel link with the application.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
Candidates who are hardworking, handle pressure well, and are fully committed to the company will get top priority.
