Krishibid Properties Limited

The Krishibid Properties Limited (KPL) is engaged in building modern apartments and commercial spaces using best quality construction materials. So far, the KPL has completed and handed over 1,200 such apartments and around 1,300 apartments are underway for completion.
All the buildings of KPL are designed by highly qualified and experienced architects & engineers as per Bangladesh National Building code. The company has also purchased lands at Cox’s Bazar and Kuakata for development of Holiday Suite and Five Star Hotel.
The company has received share money of Tk 39.17 million from some 61 shareholders, against which an average dividend of 19.8% has been given during the past 13 years. The shareholders have been paid back Tk 51.59 million and their leftover share money is now Tk 75.89 million. The company’s turnover was Tk. 853.60 million during 2019-20.
