This vision materialized into the formation of Krishibid Group (KG), a conglomerate of business companies, with Krishibid Firm Limited (KFL) serving as the pioneering holding company.

The journey began with modest beginnings, fueled by determination and a capital of only 30 thousand taka. A small poultry farm housing just 3 thousand birds marked the inception of Krishibid Group. Fast forward to the present, and KG stands tall as a renowned organization with 33 sister concerns, various organizations, and projects, boasting a dedicated workforce of around 5000 employees. Notably, Krishibid Group holds the distinction of being the sole nationwide business organization among agriculturist professionals in Bangladesh.

From its inception, KG has been registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, reflecting its commitment to transparency and accountability. The group's outstanding growth is mirrored in its financial achievements, having received a substantial share capital of Tk 2524 million from 6500 shareholders. Remarkably, an average dividend of 19% has been distributed since the group's inception, a testament to its unwavering success.

The commitment to its shareholders is unparalleled, with Tk 3158 million already repaid, leaving Tk 2955 million as residual share money. Krishibid Group's financial prowess is underscored by possessing assets totaling Tk 30 thousand million, a staggering six times more than its liabilities. This extraordinary achievement has been made possible through the grace of the Almighty and the sincere, hard efforts of the management, all underpinned by the maintenance of high standards of business ethics.
